Care & Safety
To get the best experience from your candle, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during each burn. Never leave a candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Discontinue use when 1/4" of wax remains, only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface.
By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow all provided care instructions and safety guidelines. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow these recommendations
What are our candles made of?
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, carefully hand-poured to create clean, long-lasting burn
How often should I be trimming my wicks?
For the best burn and to avoid smoke, trim your wick to about half inch (6mm) before each use. This keeps the flame steady and helps your candle last longer.
My candle wax has some separation after cooling
Due to the size and natural extremeties of the candle its normal to have some separation after cooling. We do not use harsh chemicals or paraffin. This will not affect the integraty of the candle.

At the moment we are only shipping within the United Stated and Canada.

Do you ship wholesale orders?
Yes. We ship wholesale orders directly to your address. Shipping costs depend on the order size and destination.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Wholesale orders are placed on our website or via e-mail lumanecandleshop@gmail.com. Just let us know the products, quantities, and any custom label request, and we will guide you through the process.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. All of our products in the Party Favor collections have wholesale princing listed right in their descriptions. You can see exactly what each item costs when buying in bulk.
Is there a minimum quantity order for wholesale?
Yes. Some products have a minimum order of 10 pieces, while others require 15 pieces. You can check each product's description for specific wholesale details.
Can I order custom scents or labels for my shop?
You can absolutely order custom labels. Just e-mail us at lumanecandleshop@gmail.com to start your custom order.
Please note that we do not offer custom scents, only the scents listed on our shop are available.
Corporate Gifts
Do you offer bulk pricing for corporate gifts?
Yes. All of you products in the Party Favor collections have bulk pricing listed right in their descriptions.
How far in advance should I place my corporate gift order?
We recommend 4-6 weeks to keep everything smooth and stress free.
Shipping and orders
Where are you located?
San Diego, CA.
Shipping and process
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Since each piece is handmade, we take the time needed to ensure everything is perfect before it reaches you. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.
What are our shipping times?
Shipping times vary based on product inventory, and time of the year. Delivery estimates at checkout are from ship date.
What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
If this happens, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Please email us as soon as possible with the following photos:
- A close-up photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the box showing all packaging used to protect the item
- A photo of the shipping label on the box

Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement. If you are absolutely unhappy about an item you ordered, please reach out via email to see if we can make it right:

Stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or entering your address incorrectly:
If UPS or USPS fails to deliver your package, or if your package is lost or stolen, Lumanê is not responsible. In such cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier to request a full refund.
These situations are unfortunately beyond our control, so please ensure your candles are shipped to a reliable addresswith no frequent delivery issues.
Always double-check your shipping address at checkout — if an incorrect address is provided, the package may be returned to Lumanê and additional shipping charges may apply.
